In order to keep your information secure, we require you to use two-factor authentication. You will set this up on your first login to the platform. Each login we will ask you to verify your identity by sending an SMS to the mobile number you have registered. Ensure you use a mobile number that you consistently have access to.
Two-Factor Authentication Setup
- Enter your mobile phone number in the box provided.
- You will receive an SMS containing a one-time code, enter this to verify your phone number.
- Your setup is complete, you can now access your dashboard.
I'm not receiving a one-time code to my phone.
Please allow up to five minutes to receive the SMS. Ensure your phone has strong signal. You can also try turning Airplane mode off and on to reset your cellular connection.
I don't have access to my mobile right now.
2FA ensures that your account is always secure and we can verify that it is you logging in. If you don't have access to your phone you will not be able to login.
I no longer have the same phone number.
Contact the Spitfire Help desk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to update the phone number on record. You will need to confirm your identity over the phone.
