In this guide you will learn how to add a client to the platform.
Adding a Client
- You are able to add an Account from your Dashboard via the Quick Links card.
- Alternatively, navigate to the Accounts page and select the + New Account box.
- Complete each section of the application form to continue.
- Any outstanding information will be highlighted to you if you try and submit the form.
- You can save your progress and complete the form later by using the Save button.
- Once all the fields have been completed, CLICK the Submit button. Your client will be sent a Welcome email asking them to create their Account password and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once your client has accepted the T&Cs, their account application can be reviewed and completed.
- You will need to provide a completed W8-Ben/W8-Bene/W9 for your client before their Account can be completed. For Trust applicants, a copy of the Trust Deed will also need to be provided. Please send the completed form to email@example.com
- You can return to the Accounts page, where you will be able to view the status of your accounts.
